    What is cold-process soap?

    Made with a low-temperature method, it undergoes a month-long curing to become skin-friendly. The process preserves natural oils and creates glycerin for a clean, moisturizing feel. The biodegradable soap water won’t harm the environment, and the minimalist packaging reduces plastic waste.

    Purchase Information

    ．Every Muni Savon soap is handmade, not mass-produced by machines like in factories. Each soap may have slight differences in pattern, color, or minor imperfections from the mold, but these do not affect its use or functionality.
    ．Each soap is hand-molded and cut. During the curing process, the soap may slightly deform as moisture evaporates. Therefore, the size and shape may vary and may not be perfectly symmetrical.

    ．Natural essential oils are volatile, so the scent may fade during the curing process or over time. The soap you receive may have a subtle or no fragrance.


    ．Our soaps are made with high-quality, all-natural plant oils that are gentle on the skin. However, as skin types vary, we recommend testing a small area before full use. If any discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

    ．For hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a major defect or error after receiving the product.

    Storage Instructions

    Our handmade soaps contain no preservatives. Before use, please store the soap in a dry, cool place, away from humidity and direct sunlight. With proper storage, there is no set expiration date. After use, we recommend pairing it with a hanging soap net to allow the soap to air dry naturally, ensuring it lasts longer by letting excess moisture drain away.
